In the first 6 months since our rebrand, we have introduced some new faces to the team as well as bagged some fantastic new contracts which has meant expanding our Radish family even more:

Radish Fridge – Our Radish fridge, first revealed at our Radish Launch in October, is being displayed in multiple sites which has gone down a storm with customers and our Radish team.

Smoothie Bike – Our Smoothie Bike has been out and about, interacting with our customers and clients… and staff! It is great to see so many people getting such enjoyment from it – keep it up.

Postcard Pen Pal – we have started a line of written communication between our Primary Schools students and Assisted Living Residents in an attempt to encourage writing, socialising and try to diminish any feeling of loneliness or isolation from either party.

Foodie Superheroes – with so many great ideas being put forward, we have introduced Foodie Superheroes. These are Radishees who have been recognised as key, go-to people within the company who have the ability to help other sites which is geographically sensible… which ultimately ensures our food, service and team are consistent across the business.

New Menus – with feedback from clients and, in particular, the customers we have been able to evolve all of our menus to ensure we are catering to their taste buds, not just ticking a box. We’re making sure we are looking at what is popular with our customers and taken relevant action.

Added Value Booklet – we are currently designing a booklet for each sector to give to each of our clients showing what we offer at Radish – each activity can be tailored to every site.

Life Water – we have our second well being built in Uganda due to your sales of Life Water throughout the business.

New Uniforms and Name Badges –all staff have received their new Radish chef jackets, aprons and name badges. That’s a grand total of 1420 aprons!

Lower Hurst Organic Farm
– the team had a great day out visiting our meat supplier in January.

Herb Seeds – to encourage and educate children, our suppliers have kindly donated mint herb seeds to our Primary Schools which they all loved! Out of Radish’s 44 primary schools, 38 opted to be involved in this activity which is brilliant.
